營養資訊

從媽咪懷孕到BB兩歲期間,即首1000天,是BB營養攝取的關鍵期,亦是建立BB長遠健康的基礎,孕媽咪除了定期做足各階段產檢,更要由懷孕期開始培養良好的飲食習慣。要確保關鍵營養攝取足夠,並不一定要食雙份。吸收足夠營養之餘,同時避免吸取過量熱量以至體重超標。媽咪於準備懷孕、 懷孕和哺乳期間一定要注意以下重點 :

補充葉酸,由準備懷孕起
葉酸對胎兒神經管道發展十分重要。 準備懷孕前,準媽咪便要注意葉酸的攝取,世界衛生組織(WHO)建議,可在懷孕前12個星期加強補充葉酸,建議每天攝取至少400微克;而懷孕後則建議每天攝取600 -800 微克9。準媽咪可選擇含豐富葉酸的食物,亦可考慮服用葉酸補充品。1粒雀巢® NESTLÉ® MOM鎖養膠囊含600微克葉酸,能補充孕媽咪及哺乳媽咪每日的葉酸建議攝取量,同時補充其他關鍵營養素,令懷孕前的營養狀況更適合迎接BB來臨。補充葉酸適用於整個懷孕期及哺乳期,請向您的醫護人員查詢。   

充沛鐵質,媽咪BB都需要
